We are an approved supplier of evaluation and research services.
New Zealand All of Government Panel. Standard of Proof is on the New Zealand All-of-Government Consulting Panel (Tier 2 provider), and has been approved to provide evaluation and research services across New Zealand government and non-government agencies. We provide services in evaluation, research, monitoring and measurement as part of this panel, and we specialise in experimental, quasi-experimental and mixed methods.
International Development Panel. Standard of Proof is on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning) panel, and has been approved to provide services in strategic monitoring and evaluation frameworks and activity evaluations, as well as organisational learning and knowledge products for international development MERL services.
Specialist Data Services panel. Standard of Proof has been approved to provide specialist quantitative data services.
Our staff
Our staff are highly skilled and credentialed, as well as awesome humans.
Highly qualified staff. Standard of Proof staff have high-level qualifications and formal training in evaluation, experimental and non-experimental research, statistics, economics, sample survey, international development and governance.
Formally Credentialed Evaluators. Standard of Proof staff have been formally granted the Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation by the Canadian Evaluation Society.

Specialist capabilities. Our consultants make use of their specialist skills and work across education, health, governance, international development, social development and services, environment and justice sectors. We look to support teams by embedding complementary skills only where required.
